The objective of UGPF (Unitedglobal Peace Foundation) was to identify and support highly meritorious students (scoring 85%+ in Class 12) from economically weaker sections for their IAS/RAS preparation.

The organization required a highly transparent, secure, and automated system to completely prevent impersonation (फर्जीवाड़ा), accurately verify documents, and operate the entire examination process without any manual errors.

Phase 1

Phase 1: Secure Digital Onboarding

  • Secure login via OTP (Mobile/Gmail) and Aadhaar Sandbox API.
  • Aadhaar Hash Technology used to prevent duplicate applications.
  • Seamless upload of 10th/12th marksheets, Aadhaar, PAN card, income, and caste certificates.

  • High-level Admit Cards generated for all 1,322 approved students with a single click.
  • Smart Attendance Sheets generated for exam centers, featuring student photos, roll numbers, and designated boxes for live photos and signatures.

Phase 4: The Exam Day Management (17th May)

  • Software Cross-Verification at center gates (Bhawani Niketan Girls & Boys College) ensured live identification of genuine students.
  • Resource Management via ERP systematically allocated duties for 84 Invigilators, 10 Supervisors, 8 Flying Squads, and 2 Center Superintendents across 52 rooms.
  • Pre-Exam SMS sent a day prior with exam guidelines and well wishes.

Phase 5: Lightning Fast Results & Merit List

  • OMR machine data directly imported into the ERP system immediately post-exam.
  • The system generated the final merit list of 444 students based on the cut-off (minimum 40 marks), instantly published live as a PDF on the website.

SOP Approval & Final Authority

The entire SOP and UGPF IBMS software workflow is authorized by the Foundation Management and Directors (Director 1 & 2). In the event of any dispute or technical issue, the decision of the Senior Admin and Super Admin remains final and binding.
